The older lady that did these nails was horrible and took forever. We begged her to clean the old nail polish off and she left the black all under her nails saying it was “too strong” to get off when that’s her literal job, we even offered to pay more just so it would be cleaner. It was so messy the pictures speak for themselves, we could’ve done a better job without paying over 50 dollars. When we complained the manager was completely unhelpful and rude and denied how bad they look trying to make up excuses and didn’t care. She would only reimburse half of the service and she wrote down our debit card number saying she will “call tomorrow “ to have us refunded which is very shady and suspicious. Overall horrible customer service and skill and that old lady just needs to be fired because other workers there like May are very good.

Called to make a 4:30 reservation, arrived and waited 35 mins to be serviced. At first the water bath was scalding, then they over compensated and made it too cold. So for 30 mins I sat my feet in lukewarm/cold water. Then when I brought this up when the lady finally come over she only barely addressed the issue. I am a dude and I opted for the calice scrub. My main issues aren’t painting my nails but addressing calicoes and filing down a canted big toe nail and addressing skin between my toes that can benefit from scrubbing. Welp, the calice scrub was was insufficient and I didn’t get the filing or toe scrub that is what I really needed. Nor did the employee really have her heart in the work. I felt like a piece of equipment more than anything. Also the massage chair (#13) must have been broken because it felt like riding in a car with broken suspension. I honestly just had to turn it off.

Decided to give them one more try, and unfortunately will be my last. They have begun to charge for things like removing gel and shaping nails, which to me is a basic part of a manicure? I paid $39 for a gel manicure, I asked for long almond shaped nails, even filed one on my own as an example. Instead she cut them all short and square and none of the lengths match. If I’m going to spend my money at an establishment I should get what I want, not what the technician feels like doing. I hope this review helps you improve your services.

I come here & always leave happy with my nails. I typically wait 3-4 weeks in between fills & they always stay on. I think it’s May that usually does my nails & always does a great job 💅 pedicures nice too
