Some staff is amazing! Very professional yet personable. But the guy that did my nails was more interested in the soccer game on t.v. and his phone. The nails were visibly unevenly filed and I broke 2 weak corners off the next day.

Stilettos are uneven, the sides aren’t smooth & they managed to get the skin of my fingers while completely missing some of the nail. There’s bubbling/something trapped in some of the nail colors. Even mentioned to the guy that one nail looked crooked. Instead of fixing it he just increasingly rough with my hands. His wife? Tried fixing it. & I guess she couldn’t fix all of it.

Great and timely service and prices are a little high but the quality is great! Sandy is a master with dip nails. I work with my hands a lot and never have a problem with my nails breaking off or chipping!

my nails are so unevenly filed and not rounded out at all, not to mention they are way shorter than what i asked for. Aswell as the paint job is streaky and the application of the actual acrylic is absolutely terrible, it’s all under my nails and stuck to the skin under my nails.
