I took my 14 month in and was treated very poorly. Brooke was extremely rude, and down right demeaning. She wasn’t happy with what I was asking, and made a comment that she was going to charge me full price to do no work. He sat so well, only moving once and she said she didn’t want to get cut. I left in tears

Can’t say enough good things about Tiffany and her services. Great haircuts and even better MVP experiences. It’s great to know I can always get great service and leave with a smile on my face! It sounds like some people may need to learn about what checking in online means though.
