Normally great experience, this time was not greeted when I walked in, as the stylists were talking with each other which is fine. To be polite I took a seat, and waited for their conversation to finish. I was told very condescendingly afterwards that I am supposed to come to the desk and announce my presence so they know who I am. Stylist gave an example of how at a hotel you don’t check in and then just walk into your room. Made the whole experience awkward. There was no one else in the waiting room and I thought I was being polite. I will not return

My son’s hair looked fine when haircut was finished, since the lady combed it to the side. Once it dried and bangs fell straight it was awful! How can a licensed professional not know how to cut a straight line at the bare minimum. The place may be okay, but this one stylist guaranteed we will never go back!

No one should have to walk out of a hair salon like this. Hair stylists need to start being honest when they don’t know how to do a certain cut. I asked for layers and this is what I got. A botched haircut.

I guess the first red flag should have been when I was seated and noticed that there was hair still on items used for cutting hair. Nothing was sanitized. I had to tell the lady multiple times that i didn’t want the sides of my hair shaved, just cut short. My hair is so uneven it’s not even funny. After she cut my hair, she took the cape off and sent me on my way. Didn’t brush off any of the clumps of excess hair or anything.
