The nail tech did an okay job. Clearly way overpriced for service I received. After 4 days my feet already need redone 😳
Lots of trying to upsale services. I should only have to say no thank you once. The usual price I pay is $80-85 for the same service that I paid $105 at this shop! If service was outstanding, I wouldn’t mind paying more which is not the case here. Didn’t even get the color I chose because she couldn’t find the one I chose, just used something she thought was similar? It wasn’t. Definitely won’t be going back!!

Way overpriced for what you get. I had a pedicure that I’m highly dissatisfied with. Just to cover the basics, no cuticle softener to cut off the cuticles. A drill with a file for my heel and ball of my foot, which left them SO rough after. I declined the $10 scrub which usually comes with at other places. The massage was mediocre at best, the tech acted like she didn’t want to touch my toes. No base coat for polish and the polish was not cleaned off where it wasn’t nail. No lotion to finish it off. It was so quick and just not a good experience overall. Go elsewhere.

I won’t be back. Not only are they expensive, I paid for a gel manicure & they didn’t even put enough gel polish on so it just looks like a top coat. My daughter got a pedicure (which came out good, I will say) & was also supposed to get a manicure. They didn’t want to give her a manicure because she “moved around too much”. Well if they would actually have had her sit at one of the nail stations next to me, she could have gotten it done, which means they would have made more money.

This place is unsanitary, dirty, and cluttered! The atmosphere and decoration is just cheap, especially for southlands… they desperately need an update and remodel.
I took my daughter here to get her acrylic nails removed, and you would not believe how they removed it!!! You’d ask, by soaking and filing to remove, like every other nail salon??? NO! They didn’t even soak her hand, they just clipped the nails shorter, and then clipped off pieces and pieces, pulling off her real nails with it every time. I even stopped her and said to soak her hand in acetone for longer and file them off; didn’t listen to me. ALL WHILE, my daughter was making faces that she was in pain. Bits and pieces of nails were also flying everywhere, in all kinds of directions.
I would spend the extra money to go to Anthony Vince Nail Spa, also in southlands

At this salon, the ladies are very friendly and do great work. I’ve been in other salons where the staff speaks to each other on Vietnamese and speaks as little as possible to me. Here, they are kind and caring ,friendly and outgoing. My nails always look fantastic when I leave.
