The care and precision of work for the price is absolutely a hidden gem in National City. Brought my girlfriend here twice now and came out with a satisfaction you can’t find elsewhere in San Diego. Will definitely come again! 🙂

I have been coming to Onyx now for three acrylic sets and I keep coming back! From ombré French, to colored powder set with design and then a colored French tip…they’ve done a great job every time. Each set has lasted me well over 3 weeks without lifting or breaking despite having a very hands-on job and going to the gym every day. The salon is always super clean and tidy with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff is always sweet and pleasant with a very customer-centric workflow and do everything they can to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Definitely see myself being a lifetime client here.

Jessica was absolutely amazing! It was my first time in this salon and the ladies were so friendly and greeted me right away. Jessica was my nail tech and was the sweetest! I showed her exactly what I wanted and they quite literally came out exactly like the pictures. Shaping, color, and length was perfect!

The Onyx was fabulous! I very much enjoyed getting my nails done here. The establishment is extremely clean and the flooring was a beautiful marble! The flooring is honestly what initially drew me into Onyx and the services lived up to their name. I had the pleasure of having Jenny work on my nails and she did a wonderful job 😊 I will definitely be returning to get my nails done in the future 💅🏽 Highly recommend!
