I previously loved getting my nails with Audry, but after Audry refused to fix my nails, and told me she no longer wished to see me as a client after I messaged her regarding a concern/issue with my nails, I feel a duty to share my negative experience with prospective clients. I would also like to add that Audry did not ever ask for a picture of my nails regarding my concern, but instead immediately “fired” me as a client and asked me to seek out someone else. I will include a picture with my review to share the concern I had with my nails. I naturally asked for a full refund after being informed of her intentions.

To this point, Audry has refused my request for a full refund, including the amount of a $14.00 tip for services she provided and charged me for.

Audry has instead threatened to file a police report against me for requesting a full refund, and an email exchange regarding the refund. She also blocked me on social media after my initial request for a refund. I am doubtful after today that I will ever receive my refund from this business.

Also be aware that this business charges a 10% tax on all services which could significantly increase and change the prices listed online for booking.

I wish I could rate Audrey 10 stars because she is a 10! She is exclusively the only nail tech I want to visit. She is keen to detail, but able to freestyle and make any nail dream come true. My nails are the healthiest and longest they’ve ever been. I look forward to my appointments with her and really enjoy my time with her!
