I recently went there to get my nails done, and I am really unsatisfied with the results. The lady who did my nails did not even try. I told her I wanted oval-shaped nails, but they are more round-shaped, chunky and thick. They’re also uneven I didn’t want to make a big deal about it at the nail salon, but looking at my nails makes me really unhappy. I am so dissatisfied!!!!

Called first before going for a dip and was told it’d be $45 if I didn’t have anything else on(clean nails
), and then I went…first of all I have done dip since it started and the girl that was doing my nails was either new or have no idea what she was doing. Nothing special was done to my nails at all. Didn’t say a word to me because she didn’t speak English. Anyways fast forward and we are done, thinking its $45, they come back with $55 and I asked why and they said because she cute your “ cuticles”. I have been doing my nails for 15plus years and never had to pay for my cuticles before. My nails looks like it was done by a kid, Anyways I paid but will not recommend this place at all. I miss my nail shop that recently moved, rather drive an hr than this

I’ve been going to this nail salon for MONTHS and they never disappoint, they do an amazing job ❤️ i’ve been getting the gelX nails every time, they’ve never broke and have lasted for up to literally 4 weeks!! 🙂

It was my first time to get my nails done here and I took my bf’s mom for Mother’s Day, everyone is friendly I don’t have complaints about that. This girl did my nails it was awful and painful. Seems like she doesn’t know how to do ombre I just wished she was more honest. I paid $75 plus tips for it. So I talked to V the owner about it and she said they’ll redo it and she gave me $20 gift card. So I went back last may 10th. I wanted the ombré white and the tip is gonna be red, it was a smooth work but they really didn’t do ombré since they just keep dipping my nails to the powder for the tip to make it look like ombré, I’ve done ombré a lot of times but this is the worst it looks fine but after few days since the lady just kept dipping it to the powder it got faded I even tipped $10 it’s like overall I paid $100 lol not coming back ever again. The first pic below is when I got it redone and the second pic is after few days it turned kinda orange and faded lol so ugly. 🤮 ombré don’t look like this, and it never fades. I do not recommend this salon, not to mention everything is overpriced. Only if I knew about it I would’nt have gone here.

Horrible service, the lady accepted me then another woman she took me. Afterwards she kept talking in her language complaining that she needs to go home. She was so rude, even when i showed what i needed, she kept rushing me. I paid $50 for this horrible gel manicure. I do not recommend, do not go there!!! see the pictures it is only two days
I gave them chance to redone the nails. Thanks at least for that service. Girls, advise you to be more attentive towards customers, thanks.
