Premier Nail Bar in New Orleans, LA

This is my all time favorite nail place. BEST place for dip. Since I’ve moved to New Orleans I ONLY go here. Jen always takes care of me and does a phenomenal job. She usually ends up picking my colors because I can never choose and I always love what she picks out for me. My nails LAST too. I am a bartender and it’s hard to find a place that will ensure your nails last two weeks but mine always do and even three weeks sometimes if I can’t make it to the salon. The quality is absolutely amazing! Best place for service industry workers and anyone rough on their hands to get their nails done. I also always get my brows done too and they always look perfect. This is the place to go if you want quality without breaking the bank and amazing, kind, and quality service. I always get so many compliments on my nails too. I Will always return Treat yourself and go ahead and make that appointment. check their insta for inspiration too!!!

Loved it there! The environment was clean and Thu did an amazing job on my eyebrows!

Passing through & needed both a nail fill and brow wax. Book the appointment online after checking a lot of local reviews. Grateful that they were able to accommodate me.

Lucy did a great job, for one of the best that I’ve had in a lot of places. And she did it quickly. Not much chatter, but polite and efficient.

While I was there, a man and wife came in for pedicures together. So definitely a unisex service salon.

And the grocery store across the street had a pretty tasty cheeseburger for lunch. (Sorry, that signage is the only photo I took.)

I would have no problem coming here for the same services again.

UPDATE: so I’m gonna keep the initial review but I wanted to update it. So the bottom is the previous Review and what happened. It toke me nearly couple weeks to get this resolved because managers were on vacation. However Jen is fantastic. She fixed my nails and they look amazing. I also had had issues with my pedicure and she made sure that was taken care of to. The shape is amazing color everything. Couldn’t be happier and look forward to returning in the future.

I honestly wanted to give them more stars based on customer service but that doesn’t make up for lack of quality. Once of my nails has since broken and im noticing misshapen nails. I paid way to much for such a shoddy job.So overall the pace is amazing. I booked an appointment but when I walked in I noticed I didn’t need one. There were 3 employees sitting around. They walked me last to the pedicure area and I had to explain what I wanted several times and show pictures. Luckily they finally got it and we were in business. The lady doing the pedicure started immediately. Then the other lady doing my manicure started at same time. My feet don’t resemble feet getting a pedicure. They are dry still. Fast forward I decided on different shape with accent nail. At first it seemed fine and I thought I was getting exactly what I wanted but I quickly noticed flaws and mishaped nails. It appeared when they put the final coat on it looked better.The more I look at them the more crooked and wrong they appear. Not to mention I didn’t get my discount nor did they know how to make Samsung pay work.

This is the best dip nails in New Orleans. Jen is wonderful. This place is the best in the business. They do custom beautiful nails whatever you like and do a damn good job and it lasts so long. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else
