A total scam! I paid $40 to have my acrylics soaked off. He didn’t even soak them off, he just buffed then down and peeled them off. Horrible. I tried asking him not to do that but he kept brushing me off and told me to trust him. If I wanted them torn off like that, I would have done it myself. He then clipped them down in a weird square shape and barely filed the ends. He then did a clear coat on them. I told him I was worried that they were too weak to go with just the clear coat but again, he brushed me off. My jaw dropped when he told me my total was $40. I could’ve paid $15 more and just had a new set instead of stubby weak ragged nails. Not even 10 minutes after the trip, the clear polish was already coming off and my nails were splitting.

Have had three good experiences here- dropped in last Sunday expecting same for dip nails and was seated. Young man sat down and began to re move my polish when an angry altercation happened with older woman who (while I don’t speak the language) told him to move and she sat down. Didn’t introduce herself and began grinding away roughly and aggressively on my nails. Long story short, I left with three bleeding cuticles one of which continues to bleed two days later retiring bandaids- very painful and I just wanted to get out of there- won’t be returning-

Serenity is the best! It’s cozy and clean inside, and the whole staff is friendly and helpful. My two friends and I had the best foot massages. Jason did a wonderful job, and we will absolutely be back!

This was such a great experience. I hadn’t even seen the finished product and the gentleman doing my nails went out of his way to correct them. (They would have been the smallest imperfection, I probably wouldn’t even noticed, and he still fixed it). I got dip nails which was $45 and I added a 20% tip as a price reference. Thank you so much for the great nails.
