I hate to do this but HONESTY first.

I requested square shape with French dip chrome. The original nail technician told me she could do the design but thought coffin shape would be better. So, she did what she wanted. The shape is horrible, each nail is different & my right hand has more product on the nail bed than my left. Then original design was HORRIBLE! The chrome was so thick on my left that you couldn’t see any French tip. Then every other finger on my right look like she skipped the chrome on them. I had to request they be re-done. By then I had given up on the design & opted for something simpler like red.

Thankfully “Kim” fixed the design & color issue for me.

I just moved to Oklahoma from Texas & have been on the search for a new nail salon, sadly this place is not it. Also I did not appreciate their rude comments in their native language because of their error. As a business owner they need to know others are fluent in other languages too.

I found this salon on Google because I needed another nail technician. My technician was Vivian. She was excellent!!! My nails were done professionally and she was very personable and kind. The salon has a very relaxing feel. My service was actual therapeutic due to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this technician, Vivian!!

She first was yanking on my nails tf . Then she used too much acrylic they’re chunky like what🤦🏼‍♀️ and then these don’t even look like square nails . & I paid $75.

Went to Nail Envy & Spa here in edmond today 11/22/23, I called early this morning around 9:30 am to double check that they had availability and scheduled an appointment for 11:45 am with my sister and I for 2 pedicures which they said was okay. I get there around 11:40 am and wait a couple minutes. I told them I had an appointment for 2 pedicures and was then rudely asked “Can you wait half an hour, thank you”. They did not wait for me to respond and simply thought I would be okay with waiting. I then politely let them know that my appointment was scheduled for 11:45 am and was ignored until I stood up to walk out when they then decided to ask me if I called. Which I did. Very terrible service, will not be back.
