1st time going, I was literally the only person there at 1:30 pm today, and the girl was ruuuushing, so much so she cut me when she was doing my cubicles. I asked her to slow down, and she did for one nail, then picked back up to her previous speed. She didn’t get the whole nail when she dipped the sides weren’t coated, i mentioned it and she said she’d fix it and didn’t or said the filing would fix that, I was unhappy but got tired of having to correct things. Finally they go to use the light to dry the nails and I said I didn’t want it, they kept telling me if I didn’t use the light I had to sit 5 mins for the top coat to dry.. ok as fast as yall just did my nails I have time. Another lady came over and tried to tell me the same thing but gave in.. she then started fixing things the other one messed up, but even she messed up and didn’t listen. They took $5 of $55 charge I still tipped 15% vs my normal 20 (I wasn’t raised by heathens) but left upset. Another lady asked me to come back and try again, but I’m just furious plus I hadn’t even got halfway home, and I live 10 mins away, and they were cracked, the scuffs they said were dust are still there. I’m fuming.

Sandy took me as a late walk in for a pedicure. I didn’t have as much time as I would have liked but she is excellent. Will definitely be going back.

This place is terrible, i got my acrylics done in december. They were crooked, too thick, took hours and hours and super expensive. They messed up my real nails and now they’re weak and have bumps. Super sad and dissappointed. Do not come herr.

All of the staff used clean tools from sterilized packaging, and despite the busy time, they never turned anyone away.
There were almost 10 staff members working diligently. The salon was clean, welcoming and we’re Pride friendly serving men, women and children alike.
I wish I lived closer so I come back here. Thank you!
