I went to ST nails to get a take off and gel manicure. I’m not from the area so I used Google to get me there. I got a tip removal and planned to get a gel manicure. My cuticles were repeatedly cut and the tech tried to hide/put solvent on my bleeding cuticle. I tried to end the service, but the nail tech tried to get me to stay. we are the only two in the store. When I go to the register to pay for the tip removal anyway he tries to intimidate me into paying 35 dollars for the full service, in spite of my cut cuticles and u finished gel manicure. I asked for the exact breakdown of his pricing because it didn’t match the board of prices in the shop. I told him he could get 15 dollars or twenty but that’s it, i was not paying 35 dollars for cut cuticles that he put some unidentified liquid on. He gets loud and says “bad day for me.” yeah, me too. Pictures attached.
pinky to pointer finger is cut on both hands. some cuticles are still puffy. last picture is healed about two weeks.

David is the best! He is makes sure to check in with you while he is working often and really takes his time. He gives good advice about caring for your nails and talks through all your options. Prices are reasonable and the salon is very clean and relaxing. He has a ton of color choices and I will definitely be returning!

i absolutely love this place!! i got my nails done about 5-6 weeks ago and they stayed on the WHOLE. TIME. i was so happy about how long they stayed on and my nails aren’t even that damaged! thank you so much and you were so nice to me:) coming back soon!
