Loved my gel x manicure at Polish Pros! My first time here and Janet did a beautiful job with my nails. They turned out exactly how I wanted them to, I can’t wait to come back again!

good costumer service, bad quality.
went with a friend to get our nails done, she got gel and she asked beforehand if they could do what she asked for, and they told her they could, and in my opinion it would have been better if they had honestly said it would be difficult or out of their ability. she then got polish on her hands, and the lady that was working on her nails used a nail buffer on her skin to remove the polish that was there. i got acrylics and she asked if she could do gel x instead, i agreed and ask her if she could do the design and she said yes, again i would rather them tell me they were unable to do it. my friend had to speak up multiple times, and the polish on the side of her nails wasn’t applied correctly. both nails do not look like the images that we showed them, and we were there for almost two hours, and i ended up paying 83 dollars. and the gel x is peeling off my nails already

I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! And I had the best, sweetest nail lady ever!!!! Her name was Nancy and she is the best nail lady I’ve ever had!!!! 100% would go back and recommend to everybody!!

Tracy did my nails. She was nice/friendly and that’s the only reason I didn’t give them one star. I got my nails done there because I had another appointment near by. They were $13 more expensive that my normal salon in pacific beach. Initially my nails looked great but the next day the acrylic came off a portion of my nail. By day two that nail was missing half the acrylic and my natural nail eventually broke. By day three my nails were snagging on everything and the gel polish was coming a few nails.I’ve never had this happen before and I couldn’t go back to get them fixed because of schedule. I won’t be going back. Nor do I recommend them. Photo was taken one week after nails were done.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in to get a pedicure. I had the best experience! Tracy gave me the best pedicure & the massage was the best I even added extra time. My niece also got a kids pedicure and manicure the tech was so sweet with her.
