I recently moved to Eastmark AZ and I have been in search of a new nail salon. I decided to give this place a go until I can find someone that I like and this is definitely NOT the place. My technician was either blind or just didn’t care about the quality of her work. My cuticles were chopped off and the sloppiness of the overall polish was just nasty and dirty.
The environment can also use deep cleaning. If you’re going to run a business such as a nail salon, make sure to clean the station after each client. I found previous clients’ nails on my chair. Dust and crumbs all over the place. You can clearly see that this place has never been cleaned in the last year or so.
I’d highly recommend the owner take a good look at the people they’re hiring to provide services to paying customers and hire a cleaning crew to clean this place daily because it is filthy. I would never go back to this place. It is just a waste of money and my time.

I started going to Power Nails & Spa when my favorite manicurist (Kim) started working there. I’ve probably been 5 or 6 times now, and every time has been an excellent experience. Kim is truly the best: she’s professional, friendly, and extremely talented. My nails have never been healthier or looked better. When I first started seeing her, she helped me break out of my comfort zone and try new colors and styles. I always get compliments on my nails, and they last forever. I can easily go 4 weeks between services. Power Nails is clean and relatively spacious, and the prices are fair. If you’re looking for high quality, reliable service at a reasonable price, then go see Kim at Power Nails!

main nail tech is so rude! called ahead to see if they could do my eyebrows and she had an immediate attitude. did my eyebrows in 2 minutes and never gave me a mirror to look .. then expected a tip.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years, since before it was Ombré. The technicians that have worked on my nails are always professional and friendly. They do an awesome job and I get compliments on my nails almost daily. I love it and won’t go anywhere else. Other salons I’ve used can never compare.
