Honestly been going here since they opened and was great until recently . I went in on 1/19 for a fresh set and pedicure. The pedicure was awful. Started off normal and then the lady was cutting and nipped my toe .. mind you I asked her to cut out the edges prior . When she nipped my toe it just started bleeding 😳 quite a bit and wouldn’t stop.she tried with the normal blue liquid. But due to the nail continuously pushing on it … it bled for over well over 30 min . Regardless of how much blue drops ,nail polish remover,alcohol she used trying to get it to stop. And then she just painted over it .at this point I lost put on the remaining part of the pedicure that I paid full price for..needless to say idk if I can go back there here are some photos 2 were in salon and one is from tonight . Many showers and the blood is still there as she just tained over it.

I really liked this place! I’ve been searching for somewhere to go and the last 2 places I went to did my nails crooked, and one did them really chunky

I told my tech of my experiences and he was very thorough and looked at each nail to make sure it was straight, he noticed one I didn’t and redid it. Then the color I picked came out weird when he started to paint, I’m very passive and was just going to accept it and he said “no it’s not right, I don’t like it” and went and found a close match color for me

Best experience in a long time – totally recommend! They have lots of colors I want to try – and it was nice inside and very relaxing
