Had a new girl work on my nails, very young. Mgr or owner kept an eye on her.. Was skeptical from the start. Then she filed my nails down so much I had one layer of nail bed left on each finger. The polish was not smooth and peeled in a weeks time. They also charges me an extra $5 to remove the shellac. Couldn’t have them redone since I need to pick up kids from school. Waste of time and money!

First I would like to start by saying that I only write reviews when I have something positive to say but I just cannot keep this to myself. The store is beautiful with upscale decor and chairs, but the service was absolutely dreadful. My grandfather and I came into town for a funeral service and simply wanted to relax beforehand. Our nail technicians were rude and unprofessional, to say the least. My grandfather wanted to get a pedicure, and was refused the service because he was unable to get out of his wheelchair. No other alternatives were given. After we decided on a manicure for my grandfather, they had him hunched over a wide table trying to reach his technician for the majority of the service. His back ached for days. Did I mention that his manicure barely lasted 10 minutes?

My service, on the other hand was even worse. My services included a weak pedicure and sad sad fill-in. The pedicure chairs are higher than normal, so I could barely step up there without difficulty. The technician even filled the glass tub with water BEFORE I could step in there. This resulted in my left foot sliding forward, and jamming my toes into the tub. And when I tried to readjust my position in the seat, the same thing happened with my right foot. I don’t know if my technician had amnesia, or if she just wanted to nickle and dime me for all that I had, but she changed the price for my fill-in service 5 times, ranging from $30 – $45. There was no way for me to verify, because the fill-in that I wanted wasn’t listed on the menu.

After experiencing all of that, I just wanted to pay for my service (And I still left a 15% tip), and leave that horror story behind me. But with each passing day, and its only been a few days, I’m reminded of that horrible experience every time I look down at my nails. I left that shop with specs of nail polish and dried acrylic on my fingers. The polish on my nails is chipping ridiculously and the acrylic is separating from my real nails.

Don’t make the same mistake as I did. And if you must go, proceed with CAUTION!

Nice atmosphere and the couple is very sweet but this is COMPLETELY overshadowed by how horrible my nails came out. Day of — I had acrylic stuck to my fingers but, on other nails, acrylic missing from one side or the other completely. Day two — had a nail crack off. Day 10 — I have chips on more than half and the exposed layer of acrylic is ridiculously thin. I wanted a good set that I could continue to get filled until time for the next set. If you plan on going here, expect to need an entire set every time and don’t expect them to last any more than 4-5 days.

By far the worse pedicure I have ever received. Barely touched my feet, didn’t remove dead skin even though I paid for upgraded pedicure. Now polish has started peeling days later. More importantly they are very slow. Avoid this place.
