Needed a pedi and came across this shop in my Google search. I only venture into places that are at LEAST 4 stars. This shop did NOT disappoint! Although I didn’t have an appointment, I got lucky and they were able (and glad) to take me…also…EXTENSIVE MARTINI MENU! This is a great place for an activity with the girls or a mother/daughter activity. It kind of has a 50’s vibe with dacor. Oh! Also, they dont reuse polish! The polish you pick, you take! SOLD!!! Zero regrets! On to martini #2!

Terrible costumer service. I had a giftcard bought for me when my son was in the nicu. Life finally settled down and I was able to book an appointment. The schedule is very busy here so it took me a couple months to finally get in. The morning of my husband got stuck at work in the hospital. My friend and I left with my son for the appointment. Once there we were greeted very rudely by the lady at the front desk. Saying “no kids, your mom knows this” with an eye roll. I understand companies have rules, it was a misunderstanding on my part but the way I was spoken too was out of line. I also don’t understand how/why the comment about my mom was made she wasn’t even there nor did she make the appointment. My son is an infant and doesn’t even crawl, nor would he understand any conversation being had he would of stayed sleeping in his stroller. Additionally, they only take around two clients at a time so it most likely would of been just me and my friend in the salon. I understand companies have rules but we could of been spoken too nicer and not in that aggressive of a matter. I than asked if we could take turns sitting in the lobby with him and I was told we only had one appointment? I had even called earlier in the week to clarify so I don’t understand how all of a sudden there was a scheduling mistake. Will not be returning ever. I’m sure they are happy they will never have to provide service for a 150 dollar giftcard.

Super fun theme and set up! The Martini Bar selection is amazing, quality spirits! I had a really good Cosmopolitan and Chocolate Martini. My services were great and I love the polish selection. The technicians are awesome and personable. The building/location is a little hard to locate if you aren’t from the area and a bit of a drive (coming from the Cleveland area/entrance behind Ino’s, if you get to Baker’s street you went too far).

The atmosphere in this salon is amazing!! The fifties decor and attention to detail is a delight and very relaxing! Me and my 23 year old daughter treated ourselves after learning about the salon, the martinis were very good – my pedicure was not. I had dark polish on prior to the appointment without a base coat and my nail technician had a problem removing it all, even after my daughters nail tech – Morgan – advised her on a mixture she could use to remove it, which she didn’t do. She also cut my cuticle on my left foot so far down it bled, after that she applied nail polish remover which made it burn!! All The dead skin was not removed from my feet either – it’s been 4 days since our appointment and I am increasingly disappointed by my pedicure. My daughters pedicure however – was amazing!!
This is an amazing salon and I plan on returning again, I will just request a different nail technician.

Stay Polished is my favorite nail spa! The staff is friendly, attentive, and stays up to date on all of the latest trends. I love the atmosphere, excellent service, and everything is super clean. This is the only place that I can enjoy a martini while getting my nails done and I got to take home the polish I chose! My wedding/honeymoon mani/pedi turned out perfectly, so happy with my experience I’ll definitely be back!
