I do not recommend going to this place. They charge you $$$ and then don’t even provide the proper service. The lady didn’t cut my cuticles and when I asked she said that costs extra. Also, cut into my thumb causing it to bleed. And, there was hardened polish stuck all under my nails beds. It was very rushed service and a sloppy job.

I was a customer for 2 years great service until I was completely discriminated because I have a daughter. A white customer complained because my baby was crying and the owner Helen was very racist rude and condescending. My daughter is not a problem child she is a baby who was having a bad day. For the owner to refer to my daughter as an animal is totally disrespectful! Any woman of color who is a mother I ask that you do not go to this nail salon. You and your child both will be discriminated against. Helen is totally racist and bias. She still discriminated against my daughter and keep referring to her as an animal please do kot go to this place for any services or business

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I was treated horribly. I was excited to get my nails done because it had been a while since I had them done. I started off with a pedicure by the guy in the salon. He was pretty nice but barely touching me. He was very light handed during the pedicure as if he was unsure of himself or he simply didn’t want to touch me. During the pedicure he used absolutely no products, only tools. He did not use cuticle softener, callus remover or anything… & they were all right there next to him. I literally had to tell him & the owner Helen that he needs to use those things on my feet. Their pedicures are $45 I’m not sure why I wouldn’t be getting the full service & experience. They spoke in their language & he began using products. The owner was not apologetic & did not care at all. Nonetheless, my feet came out pretty nice. After that I was sat in a woman’s chair for my nails to be done. When I sat down I told her I just wanted short square nails. She ignored me. I asked her if she heard me & she said I heard you. She was short & rude & I was confused about that. I asked her if she knew how to do a design I showed her & she said ‘ok’. Instead of saying yes or no. As she was doing my nails I quickly realized that her work was horrible. The acrylic was thick & most of my nails were not filed square. She was being very light handed as well barely touching me. I knew she did not want to do my nails & I’m not sure why. Once she was done filing & drilling my nails they looked horrible literally like she hadn’t touched them. I politely asked the owner Helen if she could fix them. She tried to direct the girl to fix them & I told her no… I wanted the owner to fix them. She irritably agreed & had me sit in her chair. When I got up, the original girl said ‘thank you’ as if she was glad to have me get up. Helen was rude & short the whole time she was fixing my nails. She didn’t talk to me or apologize for anything. She acted as if I did something wrong. Mind you… I know Helen & I thought we had a rapport. When it was all set & done the total was $95 even with a 10% discount. No designs& short nails. For their prices to be what they are… there is no way I should have gotten lackluster service & horrible attitudes. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. So much so that another lady chimed in on my conversation in defense of me. I will never go back to The Nail cafe & I do not suggest anyone go. They are terrible & rude.

I did my nails with Tammi and I LOVE them!
She was very gentle and caring with my sensitive nails. Also, my favorite thing is that she didn’t leave any parts of my nails without nail polish. My entire nails are painted.
Also, I love the ambience of the nail salon. The music is low but great, and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing.
Thanks Nail cafe! Awesome service.
