Terrible service, the nails are left deformed and a hair inside the acrylic. I asked her to take out her hair and fix the deformed nail and she got angry. She just put a polish on it to cover her hair and she told me “that’s it, I have to go home”
I asked for my money back and they didn’t want to, I had to go somewhere else to have it removed and new acrylics put on me.
THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

I was at Lux yesterday when a foul mouthed, belligerent customer refused to pay for her services. I heard the customer in an elevated voice saying nasty racial slurs at the staff. I was appalled!in true Lux form everyone who works at Lux was professional, and treated the customer politely. The moment was very tense, and the customer was dealt with in a more than fair manner. The lady doing my nails, returned to finish my manicure, obviously upset, but put on her professional face, and I got the best manicure I have ever received! The customer who left, should have been ashamed of herself, but the professionals at Lux rose above the incident. I’ve been a Lux customer for years, and am continually impressed with the customer service and phenomenal craftsmanship. Thank you again, for my beautiful hands

I rarely get my nails done (every couple years kinda thing), so I was excited to get a manicure and pedicure. The location is very nice and they were able to get me in quickly. I opted for the “classic” services, but upgraded my pedicure to gel polish. My pedicure turned out beautiful, but my manicure is awful. My manicure finished 20 minutes before my pedicure was finished, so it had plenty of time to dry, and I didn’t touch anything until I picked up my bag to walk to pay. Unfortunately, my manicure looks like I did it myself. Chips, smudges, and the polish just looks poorly applied. For the amount I paid (and yes, I still have a 20% tip bc that’s who I am), I guess I expected a manicure a bit better than what I could do myself, but perhaps this is the norm?

The service is good, but the service is very bad, they are not professional at all, the nails paint very badly, in some I lack color and in others they painted my skin, and another customer arrived without an appointment and they did my service in a hurry as if my service had been free, I will not return, nor do I recommend it

Taylor is my go to person for acrylic and pedicures.. I used to get dip powder as well and she was amazing with that too.. her attention to detail is amazing and she is always friendly and easy to work with!
