This place never disappoints! They have good attentive, gentle and friendly techniques. The place is relaxing, always clean and they have mimosa, juice, water and soda upon request and you are in good hands no matter which of these wonderful ladies you are with. Prices are fair, service is above and beyond. I love this place, I have been coming here for a few months and I will continue coming here. Top quality!

I recently went in to get my acrylics removed and had a very unpleasant experience.

I went in right after they opened, and they only had one customer and one technician. I stepped out to get cash and came back to three technicians and two new customers.

I was directed to table and the technician asked what color for manicure and I said just clear polish, I just want to give my nails a break. She proceeded to remove my acrylics as usual. A new customer, think she is a regular, walked in asking for a pedi and specifically the technician who was working on my nails.

The technician quickly trimmed and filed the polish off, then proceeded to soak my whole nail beds in a bowl of acetone. She then took her mobile station to take care of the new customer for her pedicure.

I was left soaking my nails and tips of my fingers for over twenty minutes. Another technician came over to finish the removal. She did, however it fast and rough. She asked again what gel color, this is the third time I had to reiterate no gel, just reg mani and clear polish.

The end and final result is awful and my hands, not just nails, came out worse than what I walked in with. I felt like an unwanted customer because I wasn’t paying for the highest price services and just handed off from technician to technician.

My nail shape ranges from round to square, majority of the beds are rough and uneven, and I was left with dried flakey acrylic on my fingertips and skin.

Will never go again or recommend this establishment to anyone.

I took pictures right when I got home and I did remove the glittery (which I did not request) polish.

I called at 3 PM on a Friday and they took me in for a gel manicure at 4. Sandy herself took care of me and while I waited, I noticed a clean, relaxing salon. The music was chill, it was steadily busy and everyone coming and going seemed to be happy. Sandy said she bought the salon from her friend after working there for 30 years.
I was done in under 45 minutes and had a great experience. Sandy was nice to everyone, addressing every customer like friends. This was $35 and I would definitely come again. I’m glad they’re here!

I went to the new location located on El Cajon after it’s recent grand opening. Sandy did my acrylic nails. You must call her since her hours vary daily. I love how they turned out. I did not get any other services done at the salon. They do offer you a beverage. I look forward to seeing Sandy again for my fill! Last photo is 2 weeks later from the first two. Hope this review helps 🙂

Such a warm and welcoming nail salon-staff is incredibly hospitable and friendly. And Sandy is the best nail tech in SD, in my opinion! Great pedicures and selection of services, as well! Ryan also did an awesome job on my gel pedi. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SANDY NAILS!
