Lucy is incredible! So detailed and meticulous in her art. I did an acrylic gel hybrid as suggested for durability. She worked incredibly hard on the checkered design, the whole thing took 2 hours. I called ahead but they take walk ins. Will definitely be back.

Lucy is the best! Everyone here is super sweet and polite, which I really appreciate. I truly want to compliment them for their consistency with providing a great experience every time. I can finally say that I found my go-to nail salon in San Diego. Booking process is effortless and easily done online, or you can always call. They accept all forms of payment but of course cash is preferred (and cash tips only).

Went to this salon for about 2.5 years, during which the services progressively got worse. I began to have more and more issues with the quality of services received and often had to come back a few days later to have issues fixed or nails completely redone, which they would fix, but charge for. Some of the technicians really just go through the motions.
Also, they do not honor their appointments and I have had multiple instances in which I wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Why take appointments if you don’t have enough technicians to service them? Very sad to say that I will have to find a new place to get my nails done in San Diego.

I initially really liked this place, they do a good job. But I recently went in for a Gel X fill on a Wednesday afternoon. I made an appointment the night before for 2:30pm and there were plenty of time slots open. When I got there I still waited 25mins for an available nail tech. When I went to pay they told me it was $74. I questioned this because every time I have gotten a full set Gel X it has been $66. Not sure why a fill would be more? And if they had told me that was the case then I would have just gotten a new full set. I’ve now called the salon 3x and left my number with two different people being told I would be contacted by the owner to correct this. It’s over a week later and I still haven’t gotten a call back. Very disappointing as I was a regular customer there. I’ll be going somewhere else now!

Very clean and friendly salon. This is the second time I’ve gotten pedicures here, and both have been great. All of the ladies are great! I highly recommend this place!!
