I like this place! I has come with no appointment and was welcome! Pretty enough room and relaxing atmosphere. I like my master Karen, she does quick and good job. She has awesome warm towels! 😊 I would suggest this place.

If you value your money and time do NOT ever go to this salon. I went in to get a pedicure which was $55 with a gel French tip on the toes only for Karen to use a purple scrub on my feet and rinse it off and proceed to paint with an attitude when I asked if that was the only thing included. Since I do not like confrontation I proceeded to let her finish. Soon after I got dip powder on my nails which was done by Kim! She had a very nasty attitude towards me when I asked if she could make the dip powder on my nails a little thinner she replied constantly “if they break do not come back to me” embarrassing me in the salon while other customers were present. Not to mention she left the residue from the dip polish all over my hands. DO NOT VISIT HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY I PROMISE I WOULD GIVE 0 stars if I could.

I am from Florida, visiting my boyfriend for a week. I needed a fill for my nails and a pedicure and found Queen’s nearby. That was my first time to Queen’s and I couldn’t be happier. They listened to the specific shape I wanted, and I love the peach color I picked out. I will come back next time!
