1st time getting a Gel French, my own nails. Service was great and the tension neck massage was just the icing on the top! Hannah is wonderful and takes care to do a perfect French manicure.

Very rude people and extremely unsanitary. I will not go into how I know this place is extremely unsanitary but I do know that they reuse single use products on their clients and they talk about wanting to harm their clients because they are annoyed by them when they speak about them to other nail techs in Vietnamese. The owner on multiple occasions purposefully would ignore my mother and make her sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes if my mom didn’t immediately acknowledge her she did this because she was upset that my mom always said hi to our nail tech first. The owner also admitted this to my nail tech saying that she purposefully made my mom wait which, in my opinion is so extremely unprofessional. I only ever went to this salon because I was following my nail tech when she moved salons she has now left this place for all of the reasons I stated above.

Had my nails done by Lynn. I was getting an SNS manicure done. I asked her at the beginning of the appointment if I could have gel as a top coat because the last place I tried used a regular nail polish and it looked bad so fast. When it came time to do the top coat, she pulled out what looked like a regular nail polish. I asked her if it was. She said it was SNS. The bottle said OPI nail lacquer on it. I asked her what the difference between her SNS top coat and a regular nail polish was and she yelled at me repeatedly “SNS! SNS! SNS!”, making me cry in front of strangers. I just wanted to know the difference so that I could understand what I was getting. I have never been yelled at in a salon for asking a question before. I’m shocked and really disappointed.

Out of all of the nail salons in our area of Winston-Salem and Clemmons, Village Nail Spa is bar far the best of them all! (I have tried them all!) Jennifer has done ɓoth my finger nails and my pedicures. She is professional, while being just as friendly as can be. Conversation flows and her foot massage is glorious! The prices are comparable and the level of comfort is wonderful! I will always come back and refer them as the best in town! THANK YOU Jennifeŕ! You’re my go to girl and I will continue to request you!
