This place is a chop shop. Don’t waste your time or money. Went in for a soak off and manicure. At first the girl was doing things right. Then she saw my nails were lifting hints the soak off. She tried removing my nails with a nail extension tip. Not only hurt but it was destroying my nails. I asked her “y’all don’t do soak offs?” That’s when she finished filing my nails and got the acetone. She didn’t let my nails sit in the acetone nearly long enough. The longest was maybe a few minutes. She would get done with one hand and start on the other. She ripped my nail down to the nail bed. That hurt and then put it back in acetone. I took it out she tried to put back in. I told her no it hurts. She got done and told me I was done. I asked about the manicure. She looked at my nails and said no they are good. I was fed up at that point and just paid and left. My nails still have acrylic on them, and my hands are covered in acrylic. I’ve been getting my oaks done for years. This was horrific service.

Are these what coffin is supposed to look like? The owner talked me into acrylic. Big mistake as she glopped on the acrylic and obviously didn’t properly know how to shape the nail. The acrylic must be cheap because it is crumbling off. When I asked her to match the shape on 2 of my nails with the other nails she stood up and had a temper tantrum and refused to finish my nails. The other nail tech tried to fix but the owner took off so much length that I could have cried. The worst experience ever.

Best day of my month. Love everything about it. Never thought I would have a pedicure. Emily is wonderful.

I have been going to Emily and her team for years. She is very conscientious and cares about her clients. I am always impressed that she remembers me and details about my life.
I recently moved from W-S and waited to get a pedicure when visiting to be able to go back there again.

Me and my sister went to get our nails done and when we first got there they were friendly, the lady were real nice but they didn’t even let us pick our colors, they asked what we were looking for we said the color and they just picked one up and said “okay good” the color selection was poor. The one lady that did my sisters nails was really rough and rushed through her nails. Neither one of the lady’s shaped our nails correctly and my sisters are not even AT ALL. I would not recommend this place at all. And on top of the awful mail job, they charged us two different prices for the same thing. They charged my sister $45 and me $50 and both are nails look awful.
