This was the best nail service I have ever received! Me and my boyfriend had 2 deluxe pedicures, 1 with gel, and I had a gel manicure. The massages were amazing, the service wasn’t rushed, and they even helped me pick out colors to match my outfit. The music and wine were such a relaxing vibe. I will definitely be back to see Jessica and Jim!!!

I love my nails! James did a great job. They had my favorite color, pink glitter. In the summer I’ll be able to match my gel toes with my dip fingers. I’ll definitely go back. Everybody in the shop was so sweet.

I am out of town and I was searching for a place to get my nails done in Charlotte. I stumbled upon Crystal Nail Bar, and I am so happy I did! I have never had such amazing customer service at a nail salon. I was greeted immediately and offered a drink (I choose Chardonnay). James gave me an acrylic fill, and he was accurate and methodical and made sure that I was happy every step of the way. The salon is impeccably clean and well laid out. I will return any time I am in Charlotte!
