After a year or more I finally found a place with very good and affordable service, as a Latina this place is very similar to what I was used to, I had a regular classic manicure for 30 minutes but it takes approximately 40 minutes with the drying $22 + Tip, I repeat it is a service Basic but better than the average in NYC, I love it. I’ve been back twice and Corina is the one that take care of my nails, so I’m back with her. The nail polish lasted approximately 10-12 days in good condition, so it’s totally recommended I know that they have two locations, one in LES and another in East Village.

I came here for the first time today- so impressed by the level of service and detail.
Upon arriving, the place was so clean, with a nice modern design.
I was given tea and when they noticed it was too hot, they put some cold water in it 😭
The gel manicure I got done is so clean and even. Summer paid such close attention to detail and it didn’t feel like she was rushing anything. She is so nice, too.
The little details of the hand scrub and massage were nice surprises!
All of this for significantly less than what I’ve paid at other places. Great pricing with exceptional service.
I will definitely be back again.

Clean and modern nail salon. Today was my first time visiting and they tended to me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. I would say their prices are reasonable with the exception of soaking off acrylics.. which was $30. Most local nail salons charge $10-$15 to remove acrylic so I wasn’t used to that high cost.

I got SNS dip powder nails with a winter themed design. They came out nice, but much thicker than what I’m used to. I’d be back, but will make sure to ask them to file down or use less layers of dip powder.

I hate writing bad reviews but I think there needs to be more accountability with nail salons…

They drilled and thinned my nails so much that I was bleeding 😭 it’s been two months or so and my nails and fingers are still recovering. I couldn’t get them done for a while after because they were so sensitive.

Not sure if you can tell from the attached photo the part that’s grown out now you can see how thin one spot is (and uneven).

It feels like they just try to get it done fast with not much skill or care. It makes me upset they’re rated so highly!

Love love love Zeno Nail Salon. This has officially become my go to nail spot and highly recommend it. I visited their new location on 12 Ave B New York, 10009 and I couldn’t be happier. Joyce is detailed, patient, professional and a perfectionist! The salon is absolutely gorgeous and super clean! I love that it’s by appointment only and not crowded. The color selection is outrageously stunning. You can’t go wrong! If you haven’t gone do yourself the favor and make an appointment you won’t regret it!
