I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Although Helen was great, the owner and her receptionist are very unprofessional. My husband bought me a gift card to use for my birthday. I made 3 different appointments because every time I would show up to my appointment, I was told I was not scheduled on their end. I was very frustrated being that my gift-card was about to expire and I was also 4 months pregnant. The third time I showed up for my appointment, the manager apologized to me that I was not on the schedule to have an appointment for the third time so I basically wasted my gas and time again, but since my gift card was due to expire and I was pregnant, the manager crossed out the expiration date and told me I could come back anytime and if I wanted to wait till after I had my baby, that would be fine for me to come back then. A few months after I had my son I made the fourth appointment to use my gift card and this time I was finally able to use it. The service from Helen was great! once she completed my facial she took my gift card up front to check me out then I left. Once I got inside of my car, I sat there for a good three minutes then all of a sudden the receptionist came running up to my car asking me did I pay for my services! I was really shocked that she thought that I would get a service and not pay for it, but sit in front of the building for three minutes. I tried to contact the owner on 3 different occasions to talk to her about my experience, but I guess she didn’t care because she never returned my phone calls! They will never get my money again!

I love Phoenix!!! Nancy Stephens cuts my hair and has for years! She is a phenomenal hairdresser and such a pleasant person! Everytime I’m there she never stops! She may be at the shampoo bowl one minute and have someone under the dryer the next, curling ladies hair and truly listens to what you have to say! If you walk in there skeptical about what you want your hair to look like, don’t! She always does what you ask. You may walk in the salon to get your hair cut, colored, or fixed and come out with a friend! She truly is amazing! Call and make you an appt. today

We left in tears after a horrific experience!
I’ve been planning a spa day for my mom and sisters since October. I already felt like I lost years off my life just trying to get it booked but after a dozen phone calls, emails and texts with the owner I was assured everything was booked correctly for my mom’s birthday surprise.
My mom waited almost 2 hours and settled for 1/3 of the services booked just to get out of there, one sister waited 1 hour and shortened her service so our mom didn’t have to wait anymore and I cancelled a service so my mom could get just one service done.
Relieved to be finally getting out of there 3 hours later I was scammed by Helen at checkout. I booked a one hour facial for $70 and she tried to charge me $175 without ever telling me what was done during the appointment wasn’t a facial but extra services she was expecting me to know would cost extra – and she knew I had never had a facial there before. She was incredibly deceitful and disrespectful and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life.
Dawn, Kelly and Peter were the only saving grace to the whole day. They were very kind and apologetic about our terrible experience. It’s just a shame they work for a place with such poor management.

The salon called me to confirm my appt for the following week and let me know that the massage therapist was out sick and may not be available. I requested to reschedule to another day to ensure the therapist would be well and I could go ahead and work that day. I was told “no she’ll be back by then, it will be ok”. I assumed the salon knew it was something definitely short term. I received a call 24 hrs prior to appt that therapist remains sick with Covid. It is now too late for me to work. I also do not feel safe going to a salon that would require/allow someone to work in close proximity to customers with confirmed symptomatic covid in the last 7 days.

Terri Sotto is amazing! I brought my daughter in for highlights/balayage, and a trim. Terri did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her for any of your hair needs! 😍
