The staff was so sweet and i was even given a discount because i had to wait a while for my nails. but sadly i left so disappointed. halfway through doing my nails she says “this would’ve looked better w gel polish” but never tried to fix it, the nails were messy, the design looked nothing like i asked for. and on top i got my eyebrows waxed, the shape came out amazing but when i got home there was wax in my eyebrows, having to remove that was painful!

My daughter and I went in for a fill and reshape and left very happy!! I am new to the nail world and have only been to a different, very busy salon where they rush to get you in and out. This was a nice change of pace. I did not love my before nails (the matte black) but absolutely love my new nails from Grand Nails (the shiny stiletto). My daughter is also in love with her new set! Everyone was so friendly and patient with us.
