Starry Skies
They did a great job! I went in the morning, pretty soon after they opened, so it was very quiet and relaxing. I got a simple gel manicure but the technician was very attentive and took her time. She let me try a couple colors to see which I liked and made sure I was certain before she did the whole set. She also gave me a nice hand massage at the end. Very professional and I’m happy with how my nails turned out!
My friend got a pedicure and was also satisfied 🙂

Warning: This review will highlight the good, the bad and the “DAMN! THAT BURNS/HURTS!!” The experience ranged from some 5-star to some 0-star, but I will not dwell on the bad stuff.
THE GOOD:
— The tech was nice. She worked on my feet for 20+ minutes and did a good job on toe nails (reg polish).
— She actually offered to redo my toes after I realized I preferred a different pink (cuz the color on the little cards they give you often is different from what’s in the bottle).
THE BAD:
— The power drill thingie she used to get the clear polish off my fingernails slipped while she worked on one nail and took off part of the nail! She then used clippers to take off the rest — to the quick.
— Several of my fingernails were clipped to the quick.
— She left jagged edges on a couple of fingers while using gel polish on my finger nails.
— I noticed after I left, the gel polish sorta puddled along the cuticle line on almost every fingernail. For that kinda money, the polish should be smooth with a uniform amount of polish across each one.
THE “DAMN! THAT BURNS/HURTS!!”
— Oh. My. Damn. She clipped and picked a few of my toenails so close that she left my right big toe with a trail of blood around half of it!
— She kept putting something on there (polish remover??) that burned like a mutha! I tried not to flip, but my toes were on fire!
— Same things with fingernails. They didn’t need clipping, but she cut all the way to the quick on several fingers from each hand. And they didn’t need to be squared off (something she didn’t ask about first).

These ratings are a lie… I went to this establishment on Thursday and the place was totally empty. I thought empty on a Thursday before Spring Break….. got a pedicure which was a nightmare. The water was too hot…the tech cut me, which caused me to bleed..,I had to ask for my drink which was to come with it pedi…,the lady that was there opens my drink, I didn’t ask for that I don’t know if your hands are clean….. the the tech messed up the French tip design. The line was sooooo thick… I pulled out my phone to show him what it should look like. Now I’m in this place for hours. I got there at 5:30 I didn’t leave until 7:30 and I am your only client. Then they tried to charge me an extra $20.00. I said no! I’m not paying that. I didn’t ask for gel polish. He said $5.00. They took the gel off which delayed me even longer. Now I’m really upset because you were done now because your tech messed up I must sit here longer to have it taken off. He is being rough with my feet because I refused to pay and he messed up and y’all want me to pay regular price. Not…..Now nobody in the place speaks English. I ended up with no polish, a cut toe and $8 reduction in the price. Save your money and time DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! Btw a lady came in after getting her nails done on Tuesday and this was Thursday and her nails was chipping and they had to redo her acrylic nails. Run don’t stop!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I recently went for a full set manicure and pedicure. The woman doing my manicure didn’t even cut my cuticles or clean up my nails. All she did was buff them and start applying acrylic and huffed the entire time. The lady who did my pedicure literally used the sole scraper on the back heel of my foot and around my ankles I have literally cuts and scrapes. She also ripped off the whole inside of both of my big toes I was actually bleeding. I haven’t gotten my nails done in over a year. I’m a mom of 3 with the youngest being 4 months old, all I wanted was a nice relaxing day to myself and that is the complete opposite of what I got. The worst experience ever. My toes literally still hurt.

The “professional” that did my nails failed miserably. She left the glue on my nails then proceeded to paint them. Needless to say, all the polished pulled off in two days. I won’t be returning to that shop.
