We went in to get a full set and we were told that they could not do the nails because my girlfriend can not transfer into their chair from her wheelchair. The building is handicap accessible but because she could not transfer from her wheelchair into a roll around desk type chair they would not do her nails. She has had nails done numerous places in her wheelchair with no issue. We will be reporting this to Louisville city government as well as friends who recommended this parlor. This establishment does not support people with disabilities.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years now I always go to charlie for the pass year I haven’t because service has been terrible. And today while sitting him his chair. I felt a bite to my back I told Charlie that something had bit Me .He brushed it off I ask if he can pause so I can switch Chairs while I was up my back immediately bump up . I asked him for alcohol .and told him that something was wrong with the chair maybe someone before me sat in it with bed bugs instead of apologizing for something simple and given me my service he cussed at me and insisted on arguing . The health department should shut them down honestly .shop hasn’t been the same since Mickey left .

Discrimated against someone who wanted to get their nails done because they were on a wheelchair. Absolutely sickening and disgusting. Do not support them. They lack humanity!

I have been going to Mickey and Howee for over 4 years now and am happy every time!! Howee SAVED my eye brows and Mickey always does amazing nails!! I have been to other salons and every time I do I regret it.. Everyone at Pro Nails takes pride in what they do and they always do a great job!!
