Had a bad experience getting a dip manicure at another salon today and stopped by to see if they could help me out and they were excellent. The receptionist was super kind and was able to get me in without an appointment quickly and the tech was very detail oriented and did an excellent job removing my previous dip and redoing my manicure. It looks perfect! I look forward to going back for a new set in a few weeks!

I went for a manicure by myself, besides the cuticles being over clipped several times and causing bleeding and pain it was ok. I appreciate their hand washing stations for customers but I’m not certain that the hands of the person working on me were sanitized. Would appreciate fresh gloves being worn while working on my hands if there are going to be injuries.

The next day, I went with friends for pedicures. They worked on my friend’s feet first and they didn’t enjoy their experience. The same technician who worked on my manicure worked on one of my friends and again had bleeding when clipping their cuticle. They both felt like the experience was rough and not relaxing.

My technician joined sometime later and did an excellent job and no complaints on roughness or any injuries.

The atmosphere is nice and very clean and professional. But due to the roughness of the work, likely not to return.

Waited about 45 minutes after being told it would only be 15 minutes. My nails are cracked and the top coat is chipping after just a week. I was excited to try this place out but will not be going back!

I am a very shy person so I don’t feel comfortable telling someone I don’t like something. I went to get white acrylic toes. (I’ll show what I wanted and what I got.) the lady didn’t put tips on before putting acrylic on so the acrylic stuck to my skin and they came out crooked and all at different lengths. When I tried to tell her I didn’t like them she told me they would be better this way and to wait until they were finished so I did. When I asked for a refund. She insisted I come back tomorrow and get them redone. I explained I didn’t want to come back ever and she didn’t listen to what I was saying. She belittled me and my thoughts. I will never be coming back. And I don’t think they should still be in business.

Love this place! Always clean and fresh. I got a cute little heart on one nail for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect. Love it!
