First Impression was not a good one. The only reason I’m giving a 3 instead of 2 is because of the shoulder massage they give you during the process. That was GREAT!!
My friend made us an appt. together and when we arrived they made us sit 4 chairs apart from each other. We made our appts together so that we could sit together but apparently they have assigned seating for the nail techs and refused to move any of their stuff around to accommodate clients.
They filed our nails so much we have ridges in them now. We just had them redone and that’s what the other place told us. We get our nails done often and hadn’t had that issue before. The nails DID look good but as mine were growing out they were more jagged around the edges and very uneven at the base. They also charged about $10 more than our regular place and honestly I won’t be going back. There are too many places around the area that are better and more accommodating.

Anna’s work ethic is refreshing and she is very friendly. She did a great job on my mani and pedi. This is my first visit and definitely not my last. I will be back on a regular. Oh yeah, the owner is very appreciative of the customers as well. Great Salon!! Definitely a 5 out of 5.
