I had a great experience! No nail salon I’ve ever gone to has ever done almond shape this well. He definitely put time into it and paid very close attention to detail, also made sure to keep asking me if I liked it! I was here for a little over an hour, including about 10 minutes of wait time. I ended up paying $50 for a full set w/ gel which is more than reasonable IMO! Definitely recommend Novelty Nail & Spa!

Leo did my nails and was very detail oriented and did a spectacular job on my nails and toes. And he was able to get me in and out in an hr and a half! Thanks LEO! ❤️❤️❤️

The store is nice, clean and organized not to mention I was helped as soon as I came in. I picked my color within 5 minutes of being there. The owners daughter is also very nice and helped me very much.Tay does a wonderful job, affordable too. He kept up the small talk and was very detailed about his work. 10/10 I will say they do have a limited amount of browns which isn’t a big problem because I’m still very satisfied with his work. I definitely will be coming again

The Hamilton’s
Made an appt weeks in advance and then confirmed it. When we got there they told me there would be a wait. We were there almost 2.5 hours. They did apologize because someone called in. They couldn’t do my daughter’s design. I paid $71 for gel mani/pedi and 2 days later my gel polish is already coming off. My fingernails aren’t even filed evenly. Will not be going back.

this was my first time going to novelty after hearing so many positive things about it! but i went today and the man i had was very rough with me. he would grip my hand very hard and would constantly be moving my arm without a single word. i would have at least appreciated it if he told me how he wanted my arm to be positioned instead of being rough. he also filed my nails so far he hit m fingers and made me bleed and still kept filing it. he never apologized for making me bleed multiple times. they still turned out pretty but not worth the pain.
