This nail salon was convenient as I was in the area and needed a quick service. They accommodated me as a walk-in, which was great. I got the Gel Pedi, which was nicely done, and even came with a massage. However, during my visit, I overheard a few unprofessional remarks from the staff about a customer’s tip, which made me feel uncomfortable. Despite the good service, this makes me hesitant to go back.

Cozy & clean spot. But paid for dip nails (premium pricing) and they all fell off in 1 week. Cuticles also all bled from tech shaving them down so far

Loved, loved, loved my experience here! May did a phenomenal job and the prices are exceptionally reasonable – especially for the South End. The color selection is excellent and the salon is so clean and relaxing; my entire experience was pure bliss. Cannot wait to go back! (I booked my next appointment before I even left the salon, ha!)

I’ve been going to May for 5 years. She’s the best, listens to what I’m looking for. Especially if my hands are dry and I don’t want as much cuticle cut off. Definitely ask for her, FYI she’s off every Monday.
