This was my first time at Melt Medspa. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. There was so much more services then I thought Melt had to offer. I was able to get in right away with Lauren and she was very professional, outgoing, and made me feel comfortable. You can tell she was very confident at what she does and loves her job! First time getting waxed and Lauren did an amazing job! She was very gentle but still got every area well covered. She made it a safe, relaxed and fun environment. Definitely put me at ease and made it as painless as possible. Would 100% go to her again. Building was easy to find, sterile and kept clean.
