Please read!!! Worst experience ever. I want to start by saying, I got to the nail salon at 6:30pm and they close at 8pm. I called to confirm if they had availability for a fill/pedicure, in which they confirmed they did. Fast forward…

As I was getting my pedicure done, before the nail tech started drilling, I asked if she could be soft with the drill because my nail bed was thinning. After a little drilling, I asked if she could just do a soak off on my toes because it was hurting. She initially said, “No we don’t do soak offs.” Then after a little more drilling she decided to do a soak off because I kept pulling away because my toes started to hurt. I got the deluxe pedicure, my pedicure was rushed, no massage, and the hot towels were barely even warm. Fast forward…

She tried to convince me to get colored acrylic powder, in which I respectfully declined. As I was getting my nails done she kept flinging my hand. After applying the acrylic, she made me pay. I’m not use to paying for a service before, unless it is fast food. She made up some ridiculous excuse explaining why, which was very brief. I didn’t mind…but don’t lie to me. She asked me to sign the receipt, but I intentionally waited to see if her attitude would get better, because I had planned on tipping her and I always tip my nail techs. After buffing my nails, she insisted again that I sign the receipt, in which I did. Fast forward…

Two of my nails were messed up (one had bubbles in the gel and the other I scraped while putting my hand under the light. I asked if she can fix them and she said “I would have to take the polish off.” I let her know she can do whatever she needs to do to fix it. I already paid and I wasn’t going to leave there not satisfied with my service. She got annoyed and said, “Girl I got to go home.” It was about 8:15pm when she said this. I didn’t respond to that comment. When she made this comment, all of her coworkers were already gone. I’m sure if they were there she wouldn’t have used those poor choice of words. She ended up fixing my nails, thankfully. I did not tip.

This was the most unprofessional and poor quality service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. I was respectful the entire time. I did not catch her name, but I assure you I will not be going here again, or referring anyone to this place.

This nail salon was very clean and sleek. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. Which explains the constant flow of repeat clients that were coming in. Almost every tech had appointments. My only issue was the water for my pedicure was cold and the service was a bit quick. However, I was pleased with the final product. My feet feels soft and heels are smooth.

Terrible service. They said they could do a look and did not get close to it. Then I told them it wasn’t what I ask for ..they got upset, brought their co worker, started getting loud, they started to blame me. Terrible service. I told them to take off the design. I left with no design BUT was still charge full price, for something I didn’t get. DO NOT COME HERE. Check out their yelp to see their actual reviews.

Two weeks ago, I visited this shop for the first time. I got gel polish on my nails, pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did my mani/pedi did a good job, and so did the lady that cleaned up my brows. I would just prefer she polish beginning where my cuticles start. The shop was clean. I plan to return.

Will not be coming back here. I had a color change with dip powder. No manicure. They charged $65 for a service that is $45 everywhere else in town. Absolutely not worth it. I was not told before hand that they charge an extra $15 if you already have dip on your nails. Had they informed me of the upcharge I never would have gotten my nails done here. Nothing in there service justifies the cost. I strongly recommend you go anywhere else in town.
