The service here was fast. The nail tech I had was presented with a photo of what I wanted (1st photo). She stated white snowflakes on my ombré nails wouldn’t show up on the white portion of my ombré nails so I said make them red using the pomegranate color I selected rather than the red she selected. After doing my right hand with red snowflakes, I requested she add some silver to make them sparkle. She challenged that by asking if I wanted silver all over. I said no just to highlight the snowflake design. At this point I’m wondering if she knows how to make designs and use different colors to make them pop. Then she asks me if I’d like for her to draw candy canes on my left hand…so I said sure let’s see. Well after that design was not so appealing, I said let’s not repeat that design and go back to the snowflake and I didn’t request for her to remove it even though I should have because it wasn’t what was pictured nor was it neatly done. Following this she starts applying clear coat polish on the unfinished nails along with oil on my cuticles. I stopped her and asked if she was going to do the other designs on my other fingers. She said when she asked me which fingers I wanted snowflakes on that I said my index and pinky fingers…I said correct and the other nails would be as pictured. At this point I asked the lady who directs everyone to a station to come over so I could make sure she understood what I wanted. At the end of this exchange I go to pay for the service and I’m charged $70….$40 for a fill-in and $30 for the design that they said should’ve been more.
Not completely satisfied and I definitely did not appreciate how the matter was loudly addressed in front of other patrons when I asked for an explanation of the service.

Love this place! I’ve come here twice now and I get this man called keny. He’s so kind and takes time to get your nails right. I’ll come here and every time I need a new set!!

Got a pedicure here today. It was quite painful, but ended up pretty overall. Beautiful design and painting. Painful trimming and sanding. My toes are going to be sore for a few days. Foot scrub was well done. Clear elbow grease in his work.

All I can say is RUN to Mr Kenny he is the best one in there with the nails literally has feel in love. If I can put 10 stars I would 💕 what I asked for and what I got 💕

Kenny did an amazing job. This is my second time coming to him and so far he has not disappointed. 10 /10
