To say I am displeased is an understatement! I went in for a clear coat manicure, which obviously isn’t a big expensive treatment, so maybe they just didn’t care to give me any kind of care or service because they knew the tip wouldn’t be big. I pointed out to him several times that I had been gardening, so under my nails were kind of dirty. I also pointed out to him that they had failed to remove all the red color and clear glue from a powder dip the last time I was in (and paid to have it removed), and still had some remaining on several nails weeks later. He swiped the file over it a couple of times, but still left it there before painting the clear coat right on top of it. He rushed through every step to get done with me quick so he could get to the other, higher paying customers. Do the cracked and chipped edges on my left hand and the dirt under the nails on my right hand look like freshly manicured hands to you?! This place used to be so good, but this is the last straw in MANY bad experiences I’ve had here lately. I absolutely will not return.

I’ve visited here multiple times, and each time, the entire staff has been exceptional. From the moment you step inside, they create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance of this salon is incredibly calming and peaceful. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and meticulous. The nail technicians pay great attention to detail and consistently deliver outstanding results. I frequently suggest this salon to my friends and family, and I have a deep affection for it. ❤️
