Very friendly and quick, they accept walk-ins but I called an hour before and made an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. Very clean and nice salon. The nails could be better but they are good enough for what I needed them for! This is about a week later in my pictures. Would definitely go back

This is the best place in the west! I drive well over an hour and a half, well worth the trip. Always inviting some times like my mini counseling session 😆 very clean and so much talent. I walk in with a few colors in mind and she always makes my sets more then a girl could ever expect. Another great day at the shop.

They look amazing and last for such a LONG time which makes them SO cost effective. The salon’s commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends benefits their clients. They were wonderful Great experience at American Nails today for some self-care! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.

I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times in the last 6 months. The lady is always welcoming and polite, however the male that did my full set last night was very impatient. Upon reading other poor reviews, it seems that other customers have had the same experience. I came in around 5:40pm after calling to ensure they had availability. They said they did, and so I went in. He made a comment that he stayed “open” for me, but there was another individual who walked in for a pedicure at the same time. Not to mention, their hours on Google state that they are open until 7pm. I wasn’t sure how to respond to that comment.

The entire time he kept telling me to “relax my hands” and grabbing and situating them where he wanted them rather aggressively. I came very close to leaving at one point because I just felt that he was not being understanding or respectful. I was not trying to make his job difficult by any means. Getting my nails done was a treat for an engagement party and the experience was very dissatisfying.

He did a great job on my nails, but I likely will not go back, or request that they’re done by the female working as she seems more patient.

Please understand that for a lot of people, this is not a necessity in their budget and it’s a treat to get to go to do something “cosmetic” for themselves. If you didn’t want to see me for a “walk-in appt” Just tell me next time you’re busy and I will come back at a later date.
