I am sorry to say that this place severely injured me on one foot and caused a wart on the other. I am still limping 5 months later and needed antibiotics to manage the damage done. I called to let the owners know the extent of the injury (because they were there and saw some of it when it happened) – and yes, they refunded my money (but would only do so after I brought in a doctor’s note). I was not planning to post a negative review but 5 months later & my foot is still in pain, the injury occurred right before a vacation so that was kinda ruined, and I just want people to know.

The nail salon is clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff is very nice and they are proud of their work as you can tell by the end product. I went to the salon for an acrylic fill in with gel polish. I was seen right away with no wait time. Matter a fact every time I’ve been to this salon I haven’t had to wait or wait long at all. I paid $35 for the fill in. The tip was separate in which I paid 20%. She was very grateful and thankful for the tip. She was very helpful in picking the color as they had so many to choose from. I chose a light gold sparkle gel polish. I love it. I recommend this salon to all. There was a woman next to me getting her nails done for her wedding. They were beautiful, she got a pink and white marble gel polish on top of her natural nails with diamond embellishments and lines of silver polish mixed with the marble design. I’ve never seen anything like it. I want to try something similar next time.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME today!! . This was the first time being at cool nails salon. My usual nail tech was unavailable so i decided to go here. A male nail tech approach me I showed him what I liked and asked him if he could do it he claimed that he could which was a HUGE LIE. So as he’s doing my nails…he kept filing so much on one side to the point where My nails are crooked and bulky. Each individual nail is a different shape. Im explaining to him what i don’t like and instead of him fixing it he just kept telling me “it’s fine, ill fix it later”. Completely ignoring my requests and opinions. he attempted to do the design I requested however it was nothing like the picture and when I requested him to just do the same color instead of removing a previous color he painted on top of it. He appeared annoyed with my concerns of my nails and my request to change the design due to his incompetence. EVERYONE CAN TELL IT IS NOT EVENLY DONE. He should NOT BE doing nails. SEE PICTURES!!

Genuinely one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. I wanted a coffin shaped acrylic set and showed an exact picture of what I asked for and left with unshaped square acrylics just glued to my nail. There was no prepping my nail bed or cutting my nails before starting the acrylic and even after asking for the shape to be fixed, I was told it wasn’t possible. Had to go to another salon after to get the entire set redone.
