Save your money and your eyebrows.. she took 2 mins to do my eyebrows like she had something else to do. Got loud with me when i tried to explain to her that they were uneven and done inaccurately.. save your money and time. Also she cut my skin and I was bleeding, she didn’t care to even clean me up. DO NOT GO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! 🚩🚩🚩

Very impressed! We arrived at 1230 as walk ins. The gentleman told us there were several ahead of us and asked if we could come back at 230. Very politely and friendly. We came back at 230, the crowd had thinned substantially. We were seated for service immediately. I had a dip manicure and it looks amazing. My husband had a mani pedi and was also pleased. The salon was super clean, it was a pleasant experience.

My experience at Lilly Nails was horrible! When I arrived, a lady was sitting on the chair getting her pedicure. The owner’s husband is at the computer. Fifteen minutes passed, which is fine. I didn’t mind the wait. Then he set up my area to get a Pedi. I took off my shoes and put my feet in the water; I didn’t even soak for 5 seconds. He nudged me to put my feet on the board to start doing the Pedi. I thought oh, maybe he is going to do the nail cutting and shaping first then he emptied the water and began to paint. I was shocked, especially that I didn’t even sit on the chair for 5 minutes, and he was already finishing up. The lady in the chair was still getting her whole Pedicure! I was so mad I told him, and he said he did do everything, then told his wife, and she was also vulgar to me after that. I will never stop here again, and they charged me 173.00 for Pedi and Mani. So BEWARE! Go elsewhere or don’t. My review is listed, so no one has to experience this horrible place!

Roswell NM…Worst experience ever!!! The young lady that works by the register is rough, and very rude. She forgot to shorten my nails at first and then miscommunication about what I wanted, she made it seem like it was my fault, she cut my cuticle, she was getting impatient and even more rude. I took one of the individuals that I work for, to have a good time and we had to deal with her acting unprofessional. We asked for a receipt, so my person served can turn it in and they made it seem like it was the hardest thing in the world. The prices are ridiculous for something simple. Left paying $130.40 for the paint to be bubbling, and peeling off. Last time we got manicures, and deluxe pedicures for $70, that’s including Gel. Another lady showed up asking for Lily the owner, and they were rude to her too. Never going back again!!!

I brought my daughter who is almost 3 for what I thought was going to be a really special fun thing for me and her to do. When I was pregnant I got my nails done and made friends w a lady and her 3 year old and couldn’t wait for the day I could do this w my little girl. I’ve been painting her nails at home for 6 months and she LOVES it and is so well behaved and excited about it.
We came here and 3 hours and $100 later this is what we walked out with. The guy didn’t yell at her but he was fussy and stern w her…… I was way way way over charged, I could have done a better job at home, and the experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. We won’t be back.
