JB Mia Bellas Nail Salon in Bridgeport, CT

When I first walked in I felt very welcomed, I love how Julissa, Carolina and jacke did my nails. They got my shape right and the colors matched the picture I showed them.10/10 would recommend very neat and clean and will be coming back.

I came here because it was the closet nail salon to me and because I wanted to give them a chance. When I walked in I was welcomed so kindly and was seen right away. As she begins to do my nails I tell her what I wanted and how I wanted them to look, we agreed on one nail and she began to do the rest. As she continues, she’s doing one nail at a time which made my visit very long for something so simple( which were just some square arcylics). She tells me to wash my hands and my nails are all literally different styles, one was square the other was coffin , oval , all the styles you can think of. I asked if she could file them a bit more to make them square & she didn’t really know what I meant. Overall, good hospitality but I don’t think they are worth $55.

So i pre-type my review while receiving my mani-pedi. The following is a real life accounting of my experience. WARNING: what you are about to read will make you want to go get one.

Omg, i think i might run out of characters by the amount of praise i want to give this nail salon. Best experience i have EVER had. I came in for a much needed mani – pedi. As i am writing this, i am currently sitting in this amazing massage chair, getting the BEST massage and pedicure i have ever had. One of my best features is my feet and i take care of them by never allowing my feet to touch the floor, and i mean EVER. I have been sitting in this chair for 30 minutes. This is the longest i have ever had a pedicure. The amount of time and care that she is giving to my feet makes me feel like an absolute queen. The fact that she is not rushing the process and taking time to give my feet the best experience in it’s life is making my fingers jealous.

I will update when i get to my manicure. OMG this feels amazing.

This scrub feels so freaking amazing, omg!! It’s now 50 minutes later and i am just about done with my feet SCRUB. My feet have never felt more alive!!  Now she just got me a nice warm towel and is drying my feet. And getting the excess scrub off. That. Felt. Amazing!!

Seriously, y’all if you need a good pedicure, this is the place to come and get the Queen treatment we all deserve. I wish i had taken before pictures, because the difference is literally night and day. My feet were rough before, from my new job, but now, i’d be ok with someone sucking on my toes. Not sure if she was a foot massage therapist in her past life, but this woman got hands!!

For obvious reasons, i was not able to text while getting my manicure, but it took just as long as my pedicure. She took such care with my hands. At the other place i used to go to before finally having to move on because the experience was subpar, my nails would 9/10 be crooked. She made sure they were the actual right size nail before installing. She most importantly made sure to install the nails STRAIGHT. After all of that, she LISTENED. I told her what i wanted, how i wanted it and she delivered. She gave her opinion on if i wanted a different style and when i declined that was it, she didn’t try to force me to do it her way or ask me “why”. She listened and respected MY style. After finally being done, she then gave me a nice hand massage and a small free bottle of lotion. i mean, really. These women right here know what it means to be in the customer service industry.

UPDATE!!!: Since writing this, i have been back and the experience did not change!

Update: I will not be returning.

Haven’t been 24 hours ago I got my refill and 2 nails chipped plus they to sharp and keep snagging
