Kute Nail Spa

Lately this place has been slacking. I got a full set French tips from one of the sisters that work there and by day 5 I broke a nail, by week 2 it looked like my nails were done 6 weeks ago this was in august 2023. I just went back March 12,2024 and got another fresh set and pedi w/gel. The old lady with glasses who did my toes does not listen. I told her cut my toe nails TWICE. she steady filing them. By Thursday(2 days after getting them done) 2 toe nails have chipped, and the polish is fading mind u I got gel. A completely different person did my nails again GEL POLISH and they already chipped. It hasn’t been 7 days yet since I got them done. I started to go back to them but honestly I’m not that customer who complains and do the most in salons. Bc it’s not about a free service. I’m simply going to start going elsewhere. My toes and nails with gel polish shouldn’t be chipped. I do not recommend going here as I have been for 2 years now but recently they have slacked tremendously. The fish tanks look like brown sea water and the fish are dead in there. This use to be a upscale place. I always tip with each service I receive down to my hair, nails, wax, food etc but they did not get a tip this time which is crazy bc I always at least leave something even if the service was poor. A waste of my $104 for a overlay with gel polish and pedi with gel polish. These pics were taken 3/18/24 and I got them done 3/12/24. Exactly 6 days ago. I’m not rough on my hands/feet at all. I told her to cut my toes bc they grow long. I asked her nicely twice. The only other option would’ve been to be rude and I didn’t want to be mean to that old lady! But maybe this review will help her listen next time! Ppl are paying you! If they ask you to cut their toe nails a SIMPLE REQUEST then just do it! I hate them know it all nail techs!

Amy was so skilled and friendly! I love how my pedicure turned out. The whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Totally recommend Kute Nails!
