I don’t understand why these people have such a bad rating. I was super apprehensive about going here because of the reviews, but because they were the closest to me, I decided to give them a try anyway – and I’m so glad I did! 💯

The place is neat, spacious and calm. They have actually spent effort in the decor of the place unlike the other salons I’ve been to.
The staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming.

My technician was Ana. I got basic black nails. Despite the language barrier , she patiently understood what I wanted. I’m happy with her service but I wish she gave a little more time to the corners of my nails. But that’s such a minor thing , I’m sure she’ll take care of it next time.

Today, I took a friend along. Her technician was Ruby. My friend wanted neon tips – and she did such an incredible job!

This place is a 100% recommended!

Nowhere near the nails I selected or hoped (and paid!) for. You’ll laugh when I tell you that I selected a fresh set of white dipping powder nails and left with this mess. Lumpy, bumpy, sloppy, and misshapen and her station was a mess.

Any other time I’ve done dipping powder, the tech will tap then brush off excess powder before applying the next coat of polish. Not her- just layer upon layer of sloppy coatings. Then she wondered why they looked so bad. We had to remedy the see-through color issue by applying gel polish to the set. But they still are so misshapen and ugly. I cannot wait to go to a better salon to have them removed later today, the day after having them applied. What a waste of time and money. And my poor nails!!! Gah!

I’m giving 2 stars because she was apologizing prior to the gel polish- but definitely should not have let me pay full price for this ugly mess.

My daughter and I went in on a last minute “appointment”. I had called to make an appointment, and the lady that answered didn’t bother setting an appointment, just told me to come in. Okay, no big deal. My daughter and I just wanted basic pedicures, and I think that annoyed my tech. She barely talked to me, and as you can see did a poor job on making sure the paint would stay. I’ve had better pedicures that the polish lasted for months. This is only one month after the service. I think next time we’ll go somewhere else and pay more for better quality and great service.

The salon is absolutely horrible. One of the worst I’ve been to. I just got a full set of acrylic nails, and the woman didn’t even go down to my cuticle. I asked for pink and white and she said she would just “paint on the white”. Not what I wanted. I told her that’s not what I wanted but she’s already done two fingers and said it was too late. Are you kidding me!? Her English was so bad she couldn’t understand basic words I guess. My nails are bumpy and none of the shapes are the same…. Literally, run from this place. Total trash and a waste of money .

Make sure when you get regular nail polish don’t expect a drying table or light. And be careful cause they will tell you your all done with wet nail polish. Most salons I’ve seen have drying tables. She didn’t offer to fix it nor did she tell me I need time to dry and not to touch or do anything for 15 min. Usually the lady who does my nails here is much better.
