I haven’t had my nails done since 2001 because I just didn’t have enough time. My nails are so brittle and soft, always breaking. I went in for some advice and they suggested a dip because it’s healthier than acrylics, like I used to do. I’m so happy with my nails after and cannot wait to try all the fun colors!

They burn your nails while filing your nails to the point you get the ring of fire. they are so unprofessional They told another customer that it was fine That it hurt when they are filing her nails and they burn your nails while filing your nails to the point you get the ring of fire and there nails turn out so bad my pinky was pointing straight up and some where not straight and never had this problem before at any other place and tried to and don’t communicate with there customers where we don’t feel welcome

Tried for the first time 2 days before my wedding, was absolutely horrible. I was rushed out because my kids were with me and instead of just saying kids not welcome, we were just treated like crap and hurried. Couldn’t do the original design I wanted, I settled, gemstones weren’t set evenly spaced or even flat against the nail just thrown on and my whole group walked out with sore fingers and toes, a waste of money and not enough time to get us all fixed or in anywhere else. I have photos proving this is the salon and the same people, noticed lot of others with bad experiences were just excused or dismissed and told there’s “no record of their appointment” by the owner of the salon. Couldn’t pay me to go back and hopefully I save more brides from this huge mistake.
