The price sign was deceiving, as the polish is extra.. be aware. Also, I paid for the deluxe pedicure expecting a good massage with it, but mine was started after my friends and I was done first. My nails look good, but it was not the relaxing experience I was looking for, for so much money…

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. As lovely as their employees were, the owner has absolutely no idea how to run a business. I’ve seen how normalized it’s become for her to condescend her own “team”, both in front of customers and without. I personally wouldn’t recommend a business who overworks their own employees with such treatment. If she can treat them like that with no shame, I can only imagine how she handles an unhappy customer. The owner lacks accountability and service, as well as being terrible with time management. She refuses to pay her employees their well earned commission regardless of what is stated at the beginning of the hiring process. She has also made it clear that paying her team on her own time is her own personally set decision, and has consistently showed no interest in making a change in that by taking personal trips without notice to the team when it comes to payday. Employees are constantly having to pay for late fees on bills due to paychecks that the employees are LEGALLY entitled to, not being paid to them on TIME. She picks and chooses her own schedule, with barely any presence in her OWN SHOP, and has obviously gotten comfortable to the point where she also has unlicensed nail techs working on customers. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BOTH CUSTOMERS AND THOSE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT.

I called in at around 5:00 knowing they closed at 7:00, hoping they still had a possible last minute/end of day opening for an acrylic refill and nail design. They did! Nora was excellent, super nice and patient with me. Would recommend and will be returning!
