If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced customer service this bad anywhere in my entire life. And from the owner no less! When venting my frustrations to others, the only feedback I got was negative and that they don’t understand how this salon is still in business. That’s coming from many many different people. When someone comes in to cancel their appointment due to poor communication and poor management, they shouldn’t expect to get horrifically berated and treated with such disgusting disrespect.

I love this salon. It has a big city feel in a small town. I got my hair done by Olivia, she is a sweet kind hearted lady. She listened to what I wanted, and I got much more. She offers drinks and awesome snacks.
