I am always happy with the way my nails look after going to see Alex or Holly. Always clean and soothing atmosphere. Really do a wonderful job. When they say that a design will be difficult or you are a walk in, they still manage to astonish with their expertise.

So after taking care of my terminally ill father for close to 11 months and his passing, I decided I would treat myself to nails for the first time since he got sick last June. My pedicure went well and the lady was kind. I went on to get my manicure and the nail tech Holly, she didn’t greet me, didn’t say hello nothing, but blatantly rushed between me and another customer, I didn’t even feel like she was gluing the tips fully down. I showed her a picture of short almond nails and when they were still extremely long and I asked for them to be shorter, she acted annoyed. When my nails were almost finished, she finally talked to me for the first time and it was because there were two customers, a mother and a daughter and when the daughter went to pay she said “are you paying for your grandma too”, when she was clearly her mother, and went on to say it was because she looked old. I started to engage in conversation and she told me to stop talking because I was messing her up. I said “okay, sorry” and she didn’t say another word to me until “cash or card” she was extremely rude and when I finally got myself out of the house after a hard time it was extremely disappointing to have an experience like that and spend $120. Treat your customers better!

I brought my daughter in for a fill. I left to run an errand. (My DIL was with her). They proceeded to take all my daughters nails off and told her that she they were all bad. She had just had them put on 2 weeks ago at her regular salon. My daughter called me. I came back and the lady was extremely rude. She started getting nasty with me and refused to finish her nails they were have taken off. My DIL was still getting finished. She told us to leave. I explained that I still had someone there. She then went to work on someone else and was loudly bitching about my 13 year old daughter and me. Stating she had “fungus” on her and she must be dirty! They guy working on my DIL apologized over and over to her and said the worker was in a bad mood all day. He didn’t even charge her because he felt bad about how we were treated.

Employees are so nice. My husband goes in every month to get his nails trimmed. My husband has some health issues that make it difficult to cut his nails. They all know him, and treat him with dignity and respect.

After going to several places in Terre Haute a friend sent me to 7 Stars and I’ve been coming here for a few years. They do a great job everytime! I won’t go any other place!
