Oh my goodness I had such a pleasant experience here. I felt so welcomed and the staff were so nice! This is my first time going to a nail salon, and I was more than happy with my results. I did have to wait 45 minutes longer than when I was scheduled for, but I’m not upset at all! It was so worth it and I’ll definitely be coming back.

November Rain
(Pictured is a 3 day old manicure) upon my friend and I walking into the salon we confirmed the prices online before having any services done. A full set was listed as $40 online and on the prices the worker handed to us and a cut was listed as $12 which was perfect. Before sitting for the services the manager walked over and told my friend the service she wanted (basic full set that was listed as $40) would now be $70 for just regular polish after we had confirmed with the receptionist the prices were still the same, my friend then changed her mind about getting her nails done. I continued to get serviced for my manicure but my friend and I decided we were gonna go to a different place, at this point the nail artist had only cut my nails and barely filed them so I asked her how much for just the cut (so we could proceed to the next salon) and right when she was telling me the price ($12 for nail cut as listed on the service sheet), the manager chimes in and said something in his native language and up charged me while I was already in seat saying a $12 service was now $20. So since it was only $8 less then a full manicure I ended up getting a manicure that didn’t even last 3 days. I don’t know if our experience had anything to do with us being a black women but this treatment made us very uncomfortable. Still left a tip but would NOT recommend

This was my second time visiting 5th nail lounge and they are amazing! Everyone is so hospitable and personable. They really make you feel appreciated and not like they are in a rush to get you in and out. Their artistic nail work is AMAZING. They can pretty much do anything you want. Love this place, everyone should start coming here!

Ever since I moved here this is the place I will always come- Everyone here is so nice. Kevin is the best and has such a great presence. He’s so inviting and warm! They work so hard to give you the best experience. They treat you like you’re part of the family! Kayla did a wonderful job on my nails and it’s only November 30th! I’ll be back in 2 weeks to get another design!! Thank you all so much!

I’ve searched for a good nail salon in Charleston for YEARS & I finally found one here! They’ve gotten my business for months now. I cannot say enough great things about the staff, service, & pricing. I genuinely enjoy my experience & my nails look amazing every time. They are also super accommodating when/if you have a nail chip before it’s time for your next fill!! Check them out for sure 🥰
